Next release of platform.jar?

What's the plan for the next release of platform.jar? I would like to use
W32Service, which is checked into svn and is part of the platform.jar in
dist but isn't currently included in the official build on the JNA website.
Can I trust the build in the dist directory or should I wait for an
"official" release? Also, is there any possibility that W32Service won't be
included in the official release?

Thanks for the help and excellent library!

I've been waiting on a libffi update to build and update the different native bits. We've also never actually done a release from the new java.net, so it's bound to run into some hiccups (I don't even know where the files are, atm).

platform.jar and jna.jar will be released simultaneously, although in future there's no reason why platform.jar couldn't be released more frequently if needed.

as for w32service, dblock might know why it is or isn't in a given package.

You can trust the build, but it's not the official release, just a private current version of the source. W32Service is in. It's a neat implementation and I hope to see more (like how to write a full Java service without having to use any of the thirdparty packages).
